- How do I ensure that the programs and objectives set at the
senior levels are implemented at the lower levels?
- How do I know that objectives lower down the organisation are
in alignment with and linked to the higher level objectives?
- How do I keep abreast of and report on the hundreds of
individual projects, goals and actions that underpin the
achievement of those strategies?
- Do I have a reliable and quick way of giving an account on how
well we are implementing a specific strategy?
