How can a computer system align my organisation?

A computer system by itself will not do that. Corpalign provides two major components:
1. the planning framework which provides the methodology and tools for conducting effective planning alignment sessions throughout the organisation.

2. the software which provides the capability to efficiently link all objectives and measures developed throughout the organisation as well as reporting on progress.

Will I be able to see what my managers are planning to do?

Yes. You are able to see exactly what all your managers are working on.

Can I see how progress to plan is going?

Yes. At any time you can get an update of progress for each and every organisational unit.

Does it take long to input the data?

When the plan is produced there is a net gain in productivity as the system structure makes the development of plans much easier than current practices.

Managers have found that on average updating progress is easier and only takes up to 20 minutes per month. This updating results in monthly reports being generated automatically thus saving time on producing monthly reports.

Can I find out what others are working on?

Yes. There is a built in "Search" function which enables you to find out who else is working on similar objectives or trying to measure the same indicator. You are encouraged to collaborate.

Can plans be kept up to date?

Yes. Objectives can be changed at any time. The plans developed in Corpalign are in real time. What you see is the latest plan. You don't have to wait til the end of the year to add new objectives or remove objectives. Corpalign provides a dynamic environment to cope with changing times, whilst still maintaining plan integrity.
